Gouda Boarding School is now open! Join a class and learn how to assemble your own personal Gouda Board! This class is one hour long and BYOB. We’ll bring the cheese, meats, and spreads; all you have to bring is yourself, a few friends, and your favorite drink. By the end of the class you’ll have a small Gouda Board to call your own. We’ll cover how to style cheese, fold meats, and artfully cut fruit. We’ll also go over cheese and wine pairings so you’re well prepared for the next board you build!
