The Happy Hour Wine Tasting will be also be hosted by Elton Slone, President and CEO of Robert Craig Wines, whose farming and winemaking expertise brought the California wines to a new level of complexity and expression. The wine tasting will also be paired with four courses from 100 Ocean, each course complementing the notes of each variety. The event will take place at the bar area of 100 Ocean, and guests will be able to purchase bottles of Robert Craig Wines that they've tasted and enjoyed throughout the evening.
