We will be helping the Fifth Ward Community Garden with revitalizing their garden beds and landscaping.
We are helping the Fifth Ward Community Garden with revitalizing their garden beds and landscaping. We will be weeding, turning dirt, planting, mulching, watering, mowing, trimming, etc. We expect to get dirty and work hard. Dress in closed tennis or working shoes and exercise clothes and use sunscreen. Highly recommend that volunteers bring their own gardening or work gloves.

Volunteers must follow safety guidelines and report directly to the Habitat for Humanity staff person at the site. Water and ice will be provided. Volunteers must be at least 16 years old to register. Note, this event is not eligible for sweat equity hours under its home-building program.
