Xenial male creative seeking space to work. Historically I have either wrote or done digital/graphic design style art. Now getting more tactile. Mostly naive but I did go to Burnjng Man a few times and I watch a lot of YT videos, lol. I am seeking an affordable art studio space where I can paint with oils/acrylic and or do some mixed media assemblage, collage etc. I am seeking somewhere affordable with potential to be part of a community as an added bonus. I can pay $300/750sq' per month for a space either shared or private, ideally in an old gritty mill building. Nothing in the south end please; maybe downtown NB but ideally close to Shaw Street/Hatch Street/Conduit
