This three-day empowerment conference will bring together individuals from across the country to redefine the boundaries of true community. The mission of this three-day empowerment conference is to bring together individuals from across the country in hopes of redefining the boundaries of true community. We dare to create a space of diversity and inclusion, welcoming individuals of diverse races, ages, sexual orientations, religions, and socio-economic backgrounds. We Are 1 is on the front lines of women’s rights, LGBTQ rights and social justice initiatives because we believe that real change starts with us and how we see ourselves and others. Our theme for this year is “Deep Roots!” There will be facilitators from across the country to help us tap into what keeps us grounded and rooted as we know our roots run deep and we are connected to each other because, We Are 1.
