Responsibilities • Irrigate trees, gardens and lawns • Trim and prune tree branches, bushes and hedges, pick up leaves and litter from grounds • Operate and perform maintenance on landscaping and irrigation equipment as required and as directed • Repair sprinkler systems • Cultivate ground around tree and flower beds • Replace plants as needed • Provide cleaning & maintenance of swimming pool, spa and related equipment. • Cleaning of outdoor furniture • Cleaning of Driveways, Entry Gates and Verandas • Cleaning of Entry windows • Empty Trash Job Requirements • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail. • Must be able to work independently • Detail-oriented, able to multi-task and meet deadlines • Basic computer proficiency Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook • Team player, self-starter, results-oriented • 3 – 5 years experience in landscape required. Experience in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Natural Resource Management a plus • Irrigation system programming knowledge • Knowledge of swimming pool operation and chemical balance, such as cleaning, vacuuming, and proper water balance Responses must include resume.
