Personal Garage Sale Hosted by my wonderful Mother and I, along with a few of our Neighbors to advertise each individuals personal display for sale everything from home goods, cloths for men's and women's garments, mechanical spare parts, sporting goods equipment, as well as a generous arrangement of high quality furnishings, as well as TONS of other oddities', collectors items that you can only find for a bargain price this Friday- (All vendors stalls open 2:30pm in my front driveway) (All vendors and vehicles pack up and wrap up 8:30pm) Saturday- (All vendors stalls open 8:30am in my front driveway) (All vendors and vehicles pack up and wrap up 12:00pm) Sunday- (All vendors stalls open 8:30am in my front driveway) (All vendors and vehicles pack up and wrap up 12:00pm) My phone is available for call and texts for any questions don't hesitate to leave me a message or voicemail, the best times to reach me are after 9:00am and before 9:pm on weekdays or weekends. If you wish to participate in this neighborly auction as well please contact me too coordinate with the other vendors. Guidelines, Vendor Bartering, Pricing, and purchase agreements. -Individual vendor sale prices and agreements, optional bartering/bargaining agreement, and purchasable inventory are subject to each individual vendors preference and approval. This includes if a vendor is willing to allow refunds of an item purchased at their shop. -Please do not touch or handle items on display without first asking permission of the presiding vendor. Some items are extremely sensitive, valuable, and or delicate. -Vendors retain the right to fair treatment and refusal of sale to anyone. -Please be mindful of our friendly old pets and companions. They are extremely friendly, trained and well behaved, they love to roam about our respective driveways saying hello to everyone they meet. - All age restricted items and goods can not be sold before presenting valid birth date identification. Or valid parental or guardian identification approval. - Sale of prohibited items to minors in any form is not tolerated.
