Description

Join Shannon for an Evlo class in KC the day after Thanksgiving! Class deets: Shannon will be teaching a unique format that she's named "EVLO." This 60 minute class will be 15 minutes of Lower Body Build, 15 minutes of Cardio Burst (low-impact options provided!), 15 minutes of Core Burn, and 15 minutes of Upper Body Build. Explicit tunes will be played. In true Evlo style, we will start and end with mobility and breath-work. What to bring: Your mat, a towel, and water (tennis shoes optional) When to arrive: Arrive 10-ish minutes early to set up your mat and get settled. If you arrive early, feel free to mingle with Shannon and other Evlo members or meditate on your mat. COVID precautions: Please wear a mask if you are off your mat. During class, you are welcome to take off your mat or leave it on - whatever you're comfortable with.
