Whether you train with Barbells or not, you will get a unique perspective on strength training and how Phil approaches this arena of building absolute strength. Barbell Front Squat 3. Barbell Back Squat 4. Overhead Press 5. Bench Press Concepts covered during the workshop include: - Wedging to build tension - Approaching each Rep/Set - Mindset Training - Programming made easy FINE PRINT, YOU MUST READ AND BE COMFORTABLE WITH THE FOLLOWING BEFORE REGISTERING No refunds, for any reason. Proof of full Covid vaccination with state or other government issued ID required. Proof of vaccination is for general safety and possible prevention, and in case any issue occurs following the course and is traced back to the day's event. Plan to possibly be masked, even while vaccinated. Though masking through the workshop may not be required at the time, if possible masking is an issue for you at all, please do not register. The same goes for possibly being asked to prove negative Covid testing, to be determined the week prior to the course. If you are symptomatic at the time, you will not be able to participate in this course. All students must be asymptomatic upon arrival and throughout the course day.
