Program: We have been through a bruising 19 months during the pandemic, and we're finally seeing signs of normalization. A turnover in key public leaders, major investments, and growing confidence in our region as a business location are all part of our evolving narrative. We've invited our two top public sector leaders to share their views on where we stand, and what they see as our biggest assets, most powerful opportunities, and most important challenges as we move the Rochester region forward post-COVID.
