Handyperson / Handyman wanted. Also yardwork.

I'm looking for someone that's an all around handy person for odd jobs at the house I'm moving into. Prefer someone who works by the hour, and is okay with working small jobs, 2-4 hours, or big projects that may come up. Local to Richmond/El Cerrito area would be great. Let me know what your skill set is, and how much you charge. Currently needing help with fence, gutters, basic plumbing and electric, some yard work. I have a lot of tools, in case you don't. Looking to pay $20-$40 an hour depending on experience/skill. I don't need a ton of help right away, but I'm gathering references for future projects as well.
