Desired working knowledge and/or skills include: *Landscaping *Property cleaning *Painting *Mechanical *CCTV Camera/wifi/Networking/Cabling *Inventory and equipment control *Property inspections *Electrical *Basic plumbing *Basic carpentry Must work flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays. Rotating schedule will depend on skills and ability of entire staff.
