Entry level ground person position for arborist owned boutique tree service serving Sonoma County. Full time year round work schedule. Duties include hauling debris, chipper use, chainsaw use and other tree work using most modern techniques involving ropes and rigging. Experience with saws and other equipment, knowledge of knots and rigging, ability or interest in learning to climb and other treework related skills a plus. Learn on site about knots, equipment operation, tree biology and industry standards. Will train or experience will be compensated accordingly. This is an entry level position with room for advancement based upon your ability to learn, be reliable and be a team player.
