my landlord is selling his house and for the past several months I have been looking for a place to live for myself, son and 2 little boys. we don't make lots of money, but the bills get paid. we have no pets, very desperate, i am afraid to live in my car, and do not want to live in a tent in the rain please help if you can. the Agencies that might be helpful want me to be living out on the street before they will help
