NORWALK, CT — A Silver Alert has been issued for a teenager who has been missing from Norwalk since Wednesday. Keanu Rammage, 19, is described by police as a Black male with black hair and brown eyes. He is approximately 5 feet and 11 inches tall and weighs approximately 185 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, and black skull cap and black sweatpants. A photo was not provided.
