Description

We are on a roll! The class will teach you how to make 2 basic sushi rolls. One California roll, and one salmon and avocado, or tuna and avocado roll. Each student will be given all of the supplies, and tools needed to make the rolls. The Class is offered as 2 sessions. Each session is one- hour long. Session 1 is from 12 - 1 pm and Session 2 is from 1-2 pm. Please choose a ticket based on which time you wish to attend and which roll Tuna, or Salmon you would like in addition to your California roll. The Vineyard & Brewery at Hershey was founded in 2012 and is Pennsylvania’s first all-in-one winery, craft brewery and cidery. The organization produces “the Pennsylvania wine that will change your mind” and artfully crafted microbrews and hard ciders.
