A Whiskey and Cigar Pairing event The journey of the connoisseur is never complete. Even after trying thousands of drams, spirits and wines you love, there’s always something new around the corner. A wonderful, yet often unexplored chapter in one’s journey is pursuing pairings. Pairings in the drink and culinary industries, for example, are endless. One of the most exciting, lesser-known marriages brings the worlds of whiskey and cigars together. Practiced for some time on a smaller scale, the global boom of whiskey, alongside the rise of craft, artisanal cigars has led a younger generation to discover the wonders of bringing the two together. On this night we will have the following; 1) An introductory seasonal Old Fashioned 2) Whiskey Rabbithole Cavehill - Kentucky- Our Four-Grain Wheated Kentucky Straight Bourbon is a unique expression of American Whiskey. Three malted grains- wheat, barley and honey malt- complement the corn base. This is spectacular sipping Bourbon with a strong backbone that explodes with flavor. Willet Pot Still Reserve - Kentucky, USA- Nose is delicate and refined; palate is quite graceful. An easy drinking whiskey. Balanced flavors of creaminess, spiciness and floral. Finish has mint, spice and earthy wood character.
