HOUSTON, TX — Houston police are investigating a fatal car crash in east Houston involving a pedestrian at Interstate 10 and Normandy Street on Thursday morning. All inbound lanes on Interstate 10 West was shut down but have since reopened. The crash occurred about three miles east of the I-10/I-610 interchange, according to police. Live in Houston?
