Lost dog spotted in beacon hill, pink jacket, possibly a terrier?

Saw a dog wearing a pink jacket heading south on 14th, it then turned right to travel west on college street. Small, possible terrier or chihuahua mix? I pulled over and called to it, but that spooked him. Hope this helps the owner if you’re looking for your dog.
