CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CA -- The county fire department is offering safety tips for those who plan on going door to door this Halloween weekend.
"If you plan to trick-or-treat this Sunday, make sure to wear fire resistant costumes & have flashlights to see in the dark," the fire department posted on social media today. "If you're driving, watch for children in the streets and enter/exit your driveway slowly."
