Position Summary : Full-time 7:00 am to 4:00 pm All applicants must provide a phone number on resumes. Responsible for performing general cleaning. Painting, Light duty maintenance, Specific task are not guaranteed, therefore, must be flexible in performing assigned duties as outlined below: Essential Duties: Empty, clean all waste receptacles, and remove waste paper and rubbish from the premises to the designated area: damp wipe receptacles as necessary. Remove trash debris around the property Power blow parking area Vacuum all rugs, lobbies, and corridors. Hand dust and wipe clean fixtures, paneling, windowsills, and all other horizontal. Wash, clean, and disinfect all water coolers. Sweep, with a broom, all stairways, and vacuum. Dust mop or clean any spillage in public areas as required. Dust all picture frames, charts, graphs, and similar wall hangings. Dust the exterior surfaces of lighting fixtures, including glass and plastic enclosures. Keep slop sink rooms in a clean, neat, and orderly condition Wipe clean and polish metal hardware fixtures and other brightwork. Dust and/or wash all directory boards and required, remove fingerprints and smudges. Clean entrance door glass inside and outside. Sweep or dust mops floors. Sweep or damp mop outside entrance areas, Clean GYM Properly clean tile floor services as needed. Clean restrooms Follow all safety and personnel rules and regulations. Perform other duties as assigned. Job duties may be modified at any time. Minimum Requirements: Must have the ability to work with other crew - members and take direction from Supervisor. Must be able to perform all physical aspects of the above job duties. Previous experience preferred but not required. The ability to communicate with tenants Must be able to lift 40 pounds Must be able to be on your feet for long periods. Paid Holidays Paid vacation Hourly rate $13
