Lost small dog, pink jacket, spotted in beacon hill

Saw a dog wearing a pink jacket heading south on 14th, it then turned right to travel west on college street. Small, possible terrier or chihuahua mix? I pulled over and gently called to it, but that spooked him so I didn’t pursue. Hope this helps the owner if you’re looking for your dog.
