one parakeet for rehoming!

i have a female all white parakeet named casper, she really needs a new home because i can no longer take care of her. i have a large cage two bags of food and a ton of toys that will be included, the cage was almost $400 itself so i am asking a rehoming fee of $200 because i am including so much. cage is also 5 foot tall with storage at the bottom and it rolls around.
