Five Star Janitorial provides cleaning services to property managers and HOA’s throughout the greater Denver, Littleton, and Aurora areas. Job Duties: Employee will be responsible learning all aspects of interior and exterior common area cleaning and up-keep on properties in Denver and Aurora areas, perform quality control and supervise those employees who perform these duties. This is a hands-on working position. Other duties include: • Employee Training • Client retention • Scheduling Staff • Quality Control • Performance Evaluations • Supply Inventory Management • Strategic Development You will be responsible for assisting sales and growing the business, managing contracts, retaining current business, and assisting in managing the employees working at all the contracts. You will strategize with the owner for additional services and operational efficiencies. Compensation We know money matters to you. For this position our industry-competitive pay starts between $48,000 to $55,000 annually, commensurate with experience. We give our employees annual performance reviews to reevaluate pay based on performance. We also offer a sign on bonus, paid mileage for driving, a quarterly bonus program, and time and a half for worked holidays and 3 PTO holidays per year.
