The role of the installation technician apprentice helper is to assist in the installation of Re-Bath products and provide services as prescribed in the company's processes and procedures and on behalf of the local franchise business. Deconstruction and installation training are provided by the company. Installation technician apprentices are essential to the on-site installment of our product line. Professional appearance, attitude, and demeanor are critical attributes of the successful installation technician apprentice. Taking direction, being efficient and organized while taking initiative promote positive customer experiences. Installation technician apprentices enjoy excellent compensation while learning the skill-sets required for advancement. They must be available Monday through Saturday and some evening and weekend work might be required, as needed. Responsibilities • Working in an efficient, neat and orderly manner while in customers' homes • A professional appearance, dress, grooming • Maintaining a high standard of customer service and customer relationships. • Travel to and from our customers' homes Qualifications • Must maintain a professional appearance, dress, grooming at all times. • Must take pride in workmanship never shortcutting the process • We seek a strong problem solver and critical thinker • Good communications skills are essential • Must be proficient at measuring, cutting accurately; must have basic construction skill-set. • General mechanical aptitude required The Position: Bathroom Remodeling Installer Helper The Company: We are the premier Bathroom Remodeling Company in the greater Northern Colorado region, specializing in fast turnaround, full-service, bathroom remodeling. Although we routinely remodel entire bathrooms, our model centers around patented and proprietary acrylic wall systems, replacement tubs, and shower bases. The typical job involves the demolition of a current tub or shower base and tile walls, followed by installation of new tub and shower base, acrylic wall panels, and installing new trim. Other jobs require extended services such as installation of tile or vinyl flooring, installing vanity cabinets, faucets, mirrors, lighting, wainscoting, and re-setting commodes. We have a Master Plumber on staff for advanced plumbing requirements.
