Bring Your Own Costume Fountain City Carnival Band Line invites new and returning members to BYOC- Bring Your Own Costume and participate for the Mardi Gras Parade Saturday, March 13. We will meeting each month to plan and meet but the parade is March 13. BYOC is an opportunity for members to wear last year or any other costume to this event. All participation requires registration.No costume, No problem: We have a guest designer with a special edition costume for Fountain City Mardi Gras 2021. We will help you “Build Your Own Costume” & accessories from scratch or from an existing costume. We will start meeting in October and begin work on costumes in December. Additionally, we also have past costumes for purchase.
