I have a project that will require about 100 hours paid at $20/hr/person (negotiable, depending on tools and experience.) Extra tip can be added for exemplary work. More/less hours can be negotiated as well, depending on how the work is progressing. A recent grading and mulching project created many large ruts that need filled in. Several large berms and swales will need to be dug mostly by hand or using small power tools that can be brought in to a rugged site. It is good honest labor using shovels, mattocks, and force of will. The work is generally in the shade and will most likely take several days. I hope that this would make a good half-week of work for some serious people who know how to work hard. I would do this work myself, but it is just too much for one man to handle. I would like a crew of 2-10 people to come and do the work alongside me and under my guidance. If you can muster a crew to come do this work, please get in touch asap.
