A warrant for Shephard's arrest was filed in Cleveland Municipal Court this week, News 5 noted. The 29-year-old is now being held at Cuyahoga County Jail.
In 2019, Frank Q. Jackson was investigated after a woman accused him of attacking her in the parking lot of a gas station. Mayor Jackson had previously defended his relationship with his grandson, arguing he never interfered in any police investigations related to Frank Q.
