Need bird's nests removed from house

Description

I have two cliff swallow mud nests on side of house under eves about 25 feet up. I need a person with tall ladder to remove the nests, pressure wash the paint to remove the staining from the mud, and finally rig some sort of mesh / Chicken wire to prevent them from coming back next season. Please submit your estimate for this job and your qualifications. You will need a pressure washer and a small amount of screening/ chicken wire. Thank you.
