TUSCALOOSA, AL — A New York man has been identified as the victim in a two-vehicle crash on Interstate 59 Wednesday. O'Neal said the crash occurred just after noon on Wednesday, approximately two miles south of Tuscaloosa and its cause remains under investigation.
