Can anyone identify the vehicle that did this hit & run.

My mom's car was hit on Sunday 10/24/21 at about 5:25 pm while parked across from Hazard Elementary School. Please see video at the link below at about 1 minute in. Please respond if you recognize the vehicle or driver. It will have front end damage to the passenger side. Any leads or license plate info would be greatly appreciated.
