Manufactured Home Park Maintenance PT Zumbro Ridge Estates is a resident-owned 112-site manufactured home park located at 739 55th St NE in Rochester, Minn. We’re seeking a mature, dependable person who enjoys working outdoors with minimal supervision to perform light maintenance duties in the community. Responsibilities include: • Light maintenance and minor repairs in the park. • Maintain the community’s buildings, tools and equipment (no vehicles). • Monitor the on-site well and related equipment. • Mow and trim vacant lots and some common areas. • Maintenance of our on-site waste treatment plant. Monitoring must occur twice per day, 1-1/2 hours in the morning and 1/2 hour in the evening. Park maintenance work is supervised by the Board of Directors Operations Manager. Treatment plant work is supervised by a contractor who’s licensed by the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA). 24 hours per week, $20 per hour Valid driver’s license required.
