Band practice space for rent by the hour-- comfortable and centrally located in Milpas The proceeds help us sustain our music nonprofit, JAMS. Recording Studio: We have a full service recording studio set up to Pro Tools industry standards. At JAMS, you will enjoy and in-house backline of keyboards, guitars, basses, a full drum set, hand drums, gongs, ukuleles, violins, a harp, and other world instruments. You can rent the recording studio with or without an engineer, but we always recommend hiring our Pro Tools-certified audio engineers for your first few sessions. Rehearsal Space: We also rent the rehearsal space for bands and musicians looking for a place to practice.
