Join a full-service company specializing in the management of single-family homes and multi-family residential properties in the Eugene/Springfield area. They are looking for a individual to clean and maintain properties. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE: • Performing maintenance and light repairs when needed • Cleaning facilities including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, carpet cleaning and cleaning surfaces. • Debris removal • Light plumbing, electrical and carpentry when needed. QUALIFICATIONS • At least one (1) year of cleaning or janitorial experience • At least one (1) year of Handyperson experience or home repairs • Ability to be organized and detail-oriented • Ability to interact effectively with a diverse group of people • Good communication skills and attention to detail. • Well organized, ability to work independently, and good problem-solving skills • History of being punctual, having good work attendance, and mutual team respect • Valid Oregon driver’s license and clean driving record OTHER DETAILS • Schedule: Part-Time, on-call to start • Pay Rate: $18/hr DOE Pre-employment drug screen and background check is required.
