New Roof Needed

Looking for a new roof, estimated 15-20 squares, 9:12 pitch (needs verification on pitch). New: Zinc at all ridge lines. Architectural shingle, charcoal gray. Will need tear off and removal of existing 2 layers. Not looking for large companies, so please don't write if that is you. We're not a common homeowner, act as GC on most of our projects and are able to figure out when we're getting screwed ;) That said, we're very fair and honest, expect the same from anyone we work with. Please have references and or pictures of your work. Cash job - will pay for materials, but not going to give a down payment without any work complete. OK to sign a contract though.
