Production Fabricator: Our client is widely recognized across the US as a leading producer of conveyor belt systems. Specializing in belt conveyors for many industries, our client's products are used for a wide range of applications. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong mechanical aptitude and a desire to work hard, to learn a new trade. Essential Functions: • Prep conveyor material for utilization • Set up and operate vulcanization machines • Identify and handle materials • Operate grinder to finalize product before shipping • Handling of finished goods • Operate a variety of other equipment that may include a drill and utility knives • Use of measuring and calibration equipment • Proper use of chemicals and bonding agents • Understand and follow safety rules • Understand and follow quality policies and procedures Physical Requirements: • Must be able to stand for long periods of time • Ability to maneuver up to 50 pounds Education and Training: • High school diploma or equivalent • Some manufacturing or production experience is preferred • English proficiency (read, speak, and write) • Basic math and measuring skills (metric and standard) Shift Schedule: • Day and Swing Shifts are open! Pay: Up to $21.00/hr for highly qualified candidates.
