APPLY IN PERSON ONLY - 7451 Foothill Blvd., Tujunga, CA 91042 CHAMPION CONSTRUCTION SUPPLY Type: Full time Salary Grade: Hourly Salary: DOE Purpose: The Yard Associate is responsible for the stationing and retrieving products for deliveries to job sites, load customers at the yard and help maintain the overall organization of the branch. Essential Duties: (But not limited to) • Unload product from incoming truck. • Maintain the overall organization of the branch (loading, cleaning, organize, off load). • Assist customers with their questions and needs. • Load product to outbound vehicles. • Ability to think quickly and make decision. • Store tasks include cycle counts, inventory stock, spot counts. • Carry through any responsibilities assigned. • Restock product. • Maintain a safe working environment. Requirements/ Skills: • Excellent communication, customer service. • Ability to read and write to record and communication skills. • Be enthusiastic and dependable and work as a team player. • Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds. • Safety minded; safety boots required. • Experience in the industry. • Experience operating a forklift/bobcat. • Safety minded; safety boots required.
