Snow Crew Member compensation: $20-30/hr DOE Looking for strong, reliable team members to join our growing crew. Availability for full time year round work, bi-weekly pay, pto, benefit package with 4% company match of 401k. Availability to GROW internally with the company. Snow and Ice Crew Member: $20-30/hr Ability to shovel, operate snow blower, and/or hand administer salt application. This job entails physical bending, kneeling, squatting, and/or lifting 50 lbs. individually and 80 lbs. with assistance. Report any damage and/or wear issues to Crew Lead independently and immediately. Valid driver's license preferred.
