Las Vegas Christmas Light Installation is looking for the right person to run the Henderson area for us, including Southern Highlands and Lake Las Vegas. We are a quickly growing locally owned light installation company that specializes in Christmas and holiday lighting throughout the Las Vegas Valley. This is an independent contractor position for the holiday season- through January 31st, but full-time work is available after the season. Area managers report directly to the company owner and are responsible for all aspects of residential holiday lighting in their area. You will take over an amazing book of business and be given the leads, training, support, tools and employees you need to be successful. Base Pay is $25/hour plus generous commissions and incentives, millage reimbursed or company truck provided. The ideal candidate will have: • Multiple years of experience, dealing directly with homeowners as customers • Have experience as a handyman, with Lighting/Electrical, other related fields • Have ran their own team or small business • Experience selling directly to homeowners • Have own Pickup truck and basic tools The candidate must: • Not be scared of heights • Be legal to work in the US • Have a valid driver's license and insurance • Have a high school diploma or GED/equivalent • Have basic knowledge of electrical wiring and ladder/rooftop safety • Have excellent English communication skills in person, on the phone and in writing • Be honest, hardworking and self motivated This position is immediately available.
