Scope: 1. Install wiring for Heat Pump system ---20A 2-pole breaker (208/230 rating) ---12/3 Romex - outdoor rated ---Approximately 45 Foot Conduit Run. See Picture of Exterior of House with estimated wire path 2. Install wiring for Hot Water ---30A 2-pole ---10/2 Romex --- Approximately 20 Food run from House Panel to Water Tank Placement. See picture of Panel and Tank location Another contractor will be installing the water tank and heat pump, this is only for running the cable. Exact heat pump and water tank specifications available upon request. If a site visit is needed, I am usually available after 6pm on Weekday nights Please include cost for all materials needed in estimate. Pay after the work is complete via check.
