Encore Nationwide has a client seeking Brand Ambassadors and Manager with sales experience for a program in the Boston area promoting clean energy. **Photos and Bio/Resumes must be submitted to client for review/approval PROGRAM: Inspire Clean Energy You will encourage subscription sales of Inspire, a renewable energy company and clean power supplier. The program will activate approx. 20 hours/week, with a 10x10 footprint at events such as Farmers Markets, local festivals, home shows, etc. STAFFING CRITERIA: 1 Sales Manager + 2 Sales Reps per event All Staff -Outgoing and well spoken – able to share brand messaging in personable manner -Experience with sales preferred -Comfortable working towards sales targets (1 sale per staff per hour) and excited about the opportunity to make additional compensation for each completed sale -Flexible schedule and committed to working duration of program -Willing to take/able to pass background checks Manager -Willing/able to store kit of assets at house, including 10’x10’ popup tent, 6’ folding table, some premiums, and onsite interaction items i.e. cornhole set -Reliable transportation, willing/able to transport assets to events (standard sized car OK) STAFF RESPONSIBILITIES: Staff training process -All Staff virtual training / two 4-hour sessions ($200 Flat total) On-site activation -Manager – lead set up and breakdown, POC for Sales Reps, facilitate breaks and timesheet -All staff – assist with set up/breakdown, engage consumers with provided messaging, sell Inspire clean energy subscriptions, distribute premiums Post-event -Manager – submit timesheet and recaps -Manager – 1 hour additional paid per event day for staff comms and submit timesheet/recap -Manager - $50/Flat per week paid for assets stored at personal residence (12 weeks) -Manager - $0.56/mile for event transport on event days DATES/TIMES: -Training date tentatively week of 11/15 -Start date tentatively the weekend of 11/19 – estimated 12 week duration, 20 hours/week LOCATIONS: -Events are in / around Boston, including Farmers Markets, local festivals, home shows, etc. -Client to share schedule as events are confirmed PARKING: Reimbursed with receipt if not complimentary onsite PAY RATE: Paid W2 via DD Manager: $35HR BA: $28HR If interested please reply with ALL of the following: -First And Last Name: -Current Cell#: -Current Photo(s), including one full length -Current Resume and/or list of experience including sales if any -If applying for Manager, must have previous Mgr exp. -Current mailing address -Confirm you know you must pass the Background Screening -Do you have open availability during this timeframe?
