Seeking a Handyman For Part-time work repairing Rental Properties

We are a property management company seeking a handyman to make repairs and help with general upkeep of our rental properties. We are seeking someone to work 20 hours per week. Our office is open Monday - Friday from 9:00 - 5:00 so the working ours would be during those times, we do not have hours available during nights or weekends. The scope of the work entails all minor repairs/upkeep; changing light fixtures, changing faucets, toilets, fixing leaks, fixing doors, cleaning hallways, cleaning exterior of houses, and other general maintenance tasks as they come up. The requirements for the job are a valid drivers license, a smart phone and ability to use the company apps, experience with general repairs, a clean background, ability to stay organized, and a reliable person. The compensation for this job is $16/hour. We provide all tools needed and a vehicle to travel in.
