About the job We are now taking applications for full time, long term positions. Our immediate openings include manufacturing and assembly positions for aluminum frames used for glass and acrylic skylights. Job tasks require constant movement, continuous bending, and hand and arm motions. These tasks include, but are not limited to, Lifting glass and acrylic panels, aluminum frames, and their components. Operation of hand tools including air pressurized screw guns, drills, caulking guns, utility knives, hammers, and rivet guns. You also must know how to read a measuring tape. Preparation of tools and products for installation and delivery included in tasks. Climb ladders and lift up to 80 lbs. Assist with field jobs when needed, such as installations, skylight repairs, removals, etc. Required to comply with all safety rules and regulations and wear required safety equipment. ***Other duties could be assigned if needed.*** Positions start at $15+ an hour, depending on experience. Required Skills Ability to work safely, follow safety rules and regulations, and participate in a safe work environment. Preferred experience with hand air and power tools. Good hand-eye coordination. How to use a measuring tape. Add and subtracts fractions Ability to work both on your own and within a team environment. Punctual, dependable, reliable, problem solver and with a strong attention to detail. Overall, good physical health. Organizational and multitasking skills.
