Description
Blair Inc is an established full service custom exhibit house in Springfield, VA. This position involves inventory management for customers as well as internal components. Attention to detail and motivation are the key components to make this position successful. We will train the right candidate to work together with our established team of professionals.
This job description provides a general guideline to the duties, responsibilities, and minimum requirements for this position. It is not all inclusive and the actual position may vary as circumstances indicate or as determined by the company. Working hours are primarily standard business hours, Monday through Friday with the need for occasional overtime as well as occasional weekend hours as needed.
Full time position 7AM to 3:30PM, Monday-Friday
Minimum expectations for applicants:
-Friendly with positive disposition.
-Self Starter.
-Ability to multi-task, work efficiently and with little supervision.
-Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
-Count, receive and put away material deliveries
-Maintain clean and safe warehouse
-Excellent organizational skills
-Strong problem-solving skills with ability to identify and implement solutions
-Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally and externally to accomplish objectives
