Who We Are We are a family owned and operated, Springboro-based, e-commerce business that delivers craft and home decor products worldwide. Our customers have come to rely on and love us for quick and accurate service. We are looking for one or more full-time employee(s) to join our team to be part of this crucial aspect of our business. COVID-19 Safety Measures We have monitored and honored all CDC guidelines from the beginning and taken significant steps in the workplace including: Temperature screening before entering Required mask (provided) Working at safe distances Regular disinfecting of surfaces What You Should Know Accuracy and speed are key. Fortunately, we’ve done most of the work for you - our warehouse and systems are efficient and organized. We need people who can utilize these to provide optimal performance in a reasonable amount of time. Flexibility is imperative. We generally keep standard hours, but during high-volume times (about 3-4 months a year), associates must be open to extended daily hours and some weekend hours. We are serious about safety. We provide a safe environment for our employees and expect everyone to follow the rules. What You’ll Be Doing Stocking shelves. Large trucks deliver products regularly and we need the whole team to help unload and organize them. Inventory counts. Help us keep track of what we have in stock. Operating warehouse equipment. You should be able to operate carts, forklifts (will train), and other moving equipment to move large quantities of merchandise. Requirements: What We Need From You Your own reliable transportation High School diploma, or equivalent Ability to lift 50 lbs., stand/walk up to 8-10 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach Basic math skills without calculator or pen/paper (Example: I have an order for 25 magnets. The magnets come 12 to a bag. What do I need to grab?
