ISO service dog or trainer

Will try to keep this brief but my older son is epileptic. Trying to possibly find a service dog for him or a trainer who can train a seizure assistance dog. I’m well aware that “sensing” oncoming seizures is if that dog tends to pick up on it or not, but being that my son is 16, I would like to be able to offer him more independence while still keeping him safe. Please note that my son is a BIG DUDE and currently between 6’3” and 6’4” so will definitely be looking for a large/giant breed for him.
