Description
We are looking for a part-time Shop Assistant for our long-established metal-coating shop. Need a person who is user-friendly, eager to learn new skills, and generally be a focused team player. Duties include the use of hand and power tools, some cabinet sand-blasting, some assembly/disassembly, packing and shipping, loading and unloading trucks, and general maintenance. Must be able to pick up 40-50 lbs.
Perfect job for a college student, mom, over-achiever, or retiree, as this is a permanent part-time position. Flexible scheduling, and exact hours-per-week worked are easily negotiable; as long as you are reliable, have reliable transportation, have good attendance, and have a good work ethic. We provide vacation pay, and have paid holidays, even for part-time employees. Pay weekly, and rate is negotiable (based on experience/attitude).
