Adecco has Machine Operator positions that are open in the local area. Starting pay at $15.50 per hours. With a $100 sign on bonus. Please see below for job description. Key Responsibilities: • Studies shop orders, DHRs and work instructions to determine product specifications, tool requirements, and operational sequences. • Sets and adjusts machine controls according to product specifications, utilizing knowledge of machine operation and gauging. • Activates machine start-up switches to grind, lap, hone, debar, shear, or cut work pieces, according to specifications. • Observes machine operations to detect any problems; make necessary machine adjustments to correct problems. • Inspects or measures endodontics files to determine conformance to required specifications, using measuring instruments such as gauges or comparators. • Selects machine tooling and changeover details to be used, utilizing knowledge of machine, production requirements and process documentation. Education: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Technical degree a plus (AS or BS)
