Almost new and barely used cat tree for larger cats or a multi cat home. Measurements can be seen on the last photograph for exact size reference. I purchased this summer and my cats have zero interest in this item. There is a perch to lounge on, a penthouse bed for catching z’s and a cozy private condo on the base and a ball toy to swat and bat. There is also 3 attached scratching posts that are fully wrapped with sisal rope. The top perch has a removable and washable bed topper.
