We are looking for drivers who can report on the condition of homes and take photos of the property. The duties of a Property Inspector would be to drive to predetermined properties and take photos of homes that service the Mortgages on those homes. On average you would take 4-6 photos per home and knock on the door to determine if the property is still occupied. Each inspection takes about 2-10 minutes to report on its occupancy and condition. Most of your time is spent driving from address to address, so you must enjoy driving.
